二 | 本报讯《日报》全媒体记者赵丽杰报道 灾情发生后，建昌县相关部门快速行动，全力以赴打通断阻路线。经过几个昼夜紧张施工，目前国省干线公路、乡镇及行政村道路全部抢通。建昌县干线公路损毁路段35处，其中桥梁冲毁4座、桥梁上水1座、涵洞冲毁1座、路基路面冲毁13处、路面积水4处、山体滑坡泥石流11处、施工便道冲毁1处。农村公路损毁路段1083段，路基40.4万立方米、路面197830万平方米、桥梁221座、防护工程53.3万立方米、涵洞20道、过水路面55799平方米，涉及全县28个乡镇、260个行政村。 8月20日20时，建昌县积极响应应急机制，迅速组织人员队伍开展公路抢险工作，调配力量开展国省干线抢修工作，分东中西3个线路向大屯方向作业。
三 | 建昌县交通运输局出动应急队伍48人、机械设备20台，同时又积极协调省交通运输厅、市交通运输局异地调动6支抢险队伍、200余人、130台机械设备。截至8月23日，建昌县境内2条国道、4条省道干线公路已完成抢修，实现简易通行。8月22日开始，为尽快对农村公路进行抢修，建昌县交通运输局又协调凌绥高速参建单位，大桥局、二十局、白土岭隧道等参建单位以及城建集团等，增派队伍3支，人员55人，机械车辆35台。
